Physical Education Department

PE Alert

Due to the increase in the number of students who habitually do not dress out for PE, our department has established the following policy for the remainder of the year.

1st offense – Warning and loss of points

2nd and all consequent offenses – lunch detention and loss of points

** 3 lunch detentions in one quarter will result in 1 after school detention

** 3 after school detentions in one quarter will result in 1 Friday School

  • (1 Friday School results in exclusion from next dance, sports activities and all extra curricular activities for the coming week)*

We would also like to remind you that the student must be in FULL uniform – this includes PE shirt, PE shorts (sweats in the winter) and proper shoes that are tied. Uniforms may be purchased at the school store, Alonges’s or Outragin. If a student cannot afford to purchase a uniform, he or she should talk to a PE teacher privately.

Students may bring their own PE clothes, but may NOT wear their school clothes for PE. Also, students may not wear their PE clothes to other classes.

It is our policy that we do not lend PE clothes to students.

Thank you for your cooperation,

Mr. Dilley, Ms. Finnerty, Ms. Paiz and Mrs. McClelland
